About the role
We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Product Governance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our product portfolio is supported by a robust, consistent and future‐focused governance framework. Working closely with senior leaders and product teams, you'll help translate regulatory obligations into practical governance that genuinely supports better decision‐making. Your work will span the full product lifecycle — from design and change through to ongoing monitoring — with a strong focus on evidence, insight and outcomes.
Day to day, you'll:
* Define, maintain and operate the product governance framework, including governance standards, controls, processes and reporting across ART's product suite.
* Lead product governance monitoring and reporting, producing dashboards and governance packs, identifying trends and emerging risks, and driving actions through to closure across all product lines.
* Embed product lifecycle governance, supporting product teams to apply product design, distribution and review practices, including documented review triggers and outcomes monitoring where applicable.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management. Apply this knowledge to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
This role is a permanent, full‐time opportunity.

* Advanced analytical capability, using multiple data sources to generate insights, shape governance/performance reporting, and identify continuous improvement opportunities (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SharePoint).
* Demonstrated experience running governance processes (standards, controls, reporting, review cadence) and maintaining robust evidence suitable for internal assurance and regulatory review.
* Working knowledge of superannuation product governance obligations and relevant regulatory guidance (e.g., ASIC RG 274; APRA SPS 530 and SPS 250).
