About the role:
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services team. The successful candidate will take total responsibility for the effective management of all phases of multiple projects from initial establishment to handover and project closure, typically managing 5-8 projects at various stages.

Prepare project delivery plans, monthly status reports, and anticipated cost reportsEstablish project budgets and manage expenditureCreate detailed project programmes with clear milestonesChair project meetings and ensure timely documentationLead tender preparation, contract negotiation and administrationConduct value engineering and buildability analysisManage variations and approvalsImplement JLL Health Safety and Environmental systemsAssemble and lead consultants, contractors, and suppliersManage project closeout and financial reconciliation

Requirements:
Degree in Project or Construction Management or related discipline with 6+ years' experience, OR10+ years' experience in Design, Construction, or Project ManagementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft ProjectStrong understanding of project delivery methodsExperience with ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 standardsCommercial negotiation skillsAbility to manage client relationships and foster repeat business
