Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our Surgical Vision team in Melbourne.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to drive territory sales, increase market share, and contribute to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive territory sales revenue by promoting and selling surgical vision products to key Eye Specialists
* Act as a consultant and trusted cataract partner, providing clinical support during procedures and in-service training and education to new users
* Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with Marketing, Professional Education etc. to progress commercial and KOL plans with target customers
* Handle customer queries and manage customer issues/complaints as required, while monitoring competitor activity and market trends
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years medical device or hospital sales experience
* Degree qualified
* Clear passion for the Ophthalmology space and strong commercial achievements
* Commercial acumen and positive can-do attitude to achieving results
* Excellent communication skills and ability to influence different stakeholders and build long-term relationships
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team with strong organisation skills
