Your new role
Delivering projects across timetabling, curriculum, admissions, and employability programs to strengthen student readiness for the workforce.
Enhancing the Student Portal, evolving the MyUni platform and enabling staff integration into the digital ecosystem.
Leading marketing technology initiatives involving Adobe, Salesforce, and related digital tools.
Driving Human-Centred Design (HCD) projects that uplift the student and staff experience.
Managing large-scale SaaS implementations that span syllabus, admissions, timetabling and student lifecycle systems.
Overseeing complex integrations, data migrations, analytics, and reporting uplift.
Managing vendor relationships and ensuring aligned, high-quality delivery outcomes.
Embedding effective change management approaches across all initiatives.
This is a strategic role, requiring someone who can shape direction, influence outcomes, and proactively solve problems-far beyond a typical "roll out a system" project delivery role.
What You'll Need To Succeed
Expertise in timetabling, curriculum management, admissions systems, or student lifecycle platforms.
Demonstrated capability in large-scale SaaS implementation and enterprise digital platform delivery.
Strong background in integrations, data migrations, analytics, and digital uplift.
Experience with Adobe, Salesforce, or other marketing technology stacks.
Ability to drive Human-Centred Design (HCD) and user-experience-led initiatives.
Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills.
A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving ability, proactive leadership, and the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams.
