Owned and run by the Hemmes family for over 60 years, Merivale began as a fashion house that led Sydney into the swinging sixties for all things music and fashion. With a knack for creativity, "The House of Merivale" injected a new energy into the theatre of Sydney transforming the brand into what we know now as one of the largest leading hospitality empires in Australia.
Remaining true to our heritage, our aim is to bring a little magic into the everyday. The Role
A truly unique opportunity to work with some of the best names in wine, Master Sommelier Franck Moreau our Group General Manager Beverage and Head of Wine, Dorianne Neimard.
We are on the hunt for passionate and talented Sommeliers to join our teams for Sydney's brightest year yet.
We are looking for a variety of Sommeliers across our group: These roles are in some of our most treasured brands like Bar Totti's.
You will get to increase your wine knowledge, learn system processes, and improve your service styles as well with the Merivale way.
As part of the Merivale Sommelier Group, you will need to be a team player, teach and share your wine knowledge, and inspire others in your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You are a valued part of our restaurant teams and you'll set the standard for service and share your knowledge with all our guests to ensure their experiences at our Merivale venues are memorable ones.
With roles at various levels, we are looking for Sommeliers who are serious about their career progression, and professional development, who love what they do and exceptional when it comes to providing an impeccable guest experience.
