Cleaner – Residential & CHSP Clients (Employee Role)
About the Role:
Join our friendly, local cleaning team supporting elderly and vulnerable clients to stay protected and comfortable in their homes. This is a meaningful role where you’ll help with basic house cleaning — and bring a little joy to someone’s day.
Duties Include:
- Light domestic cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bathrooms
- General household upkeep
- Respectful, friendly conversation with clients (no personal care required)
- Following simple task checklists via mobile app
Pay range: $30–$35/hr
Plus:
- Paid travel time between clients
- $0.99/km mileage reimbursement
- Paid sick leave and annual leave
- All cleaning equipment and products provided
- Full insurance and admin support — no ABN needed
- Effective average pay: $33–$35/hr
What you’ll earn:
At Click & Clean, we don’t believe in unpaid gaps or out-of-pocket expenses. You’ll be paid fairly for your full day, not just time spent cleaning.
We offer:
- $30–$34/hr depending on experience and role
- 1 hour of paid travel time per day on average
- $0.99/km travel reimbursement (average ~5km/day)
- All products and equipment provided by us
- Paid sick leave + annual leave as an employee (not subcontractor)
