Job Description
Reporting to the Joint Managing Directors, this pivotal leadership role is responsible for driving the commercial performance of the business. You will lead a team of Sales Executives across multiple channels, refine strategy, and oversee forecasting and reporting to enable clear, data-driven decision making. You will also manage key customer partnerships and play a critical role in promotional planning and trade engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and execute national sales strategy to meet revenue and profit targets
* Lead, coach, and mentor a growing sales team across on- and off-premise channels
* Manage key account relationships, pouring agreements, and promotional planning
* Deliver accurate sales forecasting and reporting for senior leadership
* Refine processes, KPIs, and CRM systems to drive efficiency and performance
Candidate Profile
You are a results-driven sales leader with experience in the liquor, beverage, or FMCG industries. Your leadership style combines commercial acumen with strong people development. You bring an analytical mindset, high-level CRM capability, and the confidence to lead in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Ideal experience includes:
* Proven leadership in a multi-channel beverage or FMCG sales environment
* Demonstrated success in commercial strategy, revenue growth, and stakeholder engagement
* Strong coaching and mentoring ability
* Advanced reporting, forecasting, and CRM skills
* Experience in the beer or craft brewing industry will be highly regarded
