The Role
As an Adult Services Team Leader in Wagga Wagga, you will:
* Empower & Lead: Guide a team of Support Workers to provide high‐quality, safe services to vulnerable persons in our community.
* Coach & Mentor: Offer on‐the‐job training and guidance to build a versatile and skilled team.
* Manage Performance: Utilise your experience to inspire excellence and deliver consistent support.
* Drive Efficiency: Ensure effective administrative processes, including quality reporting, planning, and record‐keeping.

* Current NSW Driver's Licence.
