Plantation Homes, part of the renowned Henley Properties Group, is looking for an experienced, skilled and detail-driven Production Estimator to join our high-performing Estimating team. What You'll Do
* Accurately order materials for full residential builds, including post-contract and building variations
* Review plans, documentation, and variations to ensure precise material orders
* Collaborate with suppliers, construction teams, and internal departments to resolve queries
* Escalate discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes
* Maintain estimating systems and ensure alignment with ACC targets
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 4+ years' experience in residential whole-house estimating within a volume building environment
* Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology
* Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
* Proficiency in estimating software and systems (e.g., Databuild, Buildsoft, or similar)
* Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills
* Knowledge of building techniques, legal requirements, and quantitative analysis practices
Qualifications
* Graduate in Building and Construction OR
* Experienced tradesperson (e.g., carpenter, plumber, electrician) OR
* Demonstrated ability to perform the Estimating role
