Accreditation Specialist
The Accreditation Specialist plays a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth onboarding of new brokers into our organization. This involves managing the accreditation process, maintaining systems and documents, and providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless transition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare lender accreditation documentation for broker completion with accuracy.
* Facilitate the completion of accreditation documents for new and existing brokers within the network.
* Submit required documents to lenders, prioritizing speed and accuracy.
* Manage the accreditation process with brokers and lenders to ensure timely receipt of accreditations and keep brokers informed of their progress.
* Maintain data integrity of accreditation-related information within our customer relationship management system.
* Respond to daily emails received through shared team mailboxes.
* Support the Onboarding Team in fast and efficient broker onboarding.
* Collaborate with lenders and the Product and Partnerships Team to ensure the network is updated with changes to lender requirements or processes.
* Work with the National Onboarding and Agreements Team to improve and develop the accreditations process, following best practices.
Requirements:
* A positive 'can-do' attitude and willingness to contribute to team success.
* Minimum 1-2 years of customer service/administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
* High attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, outstanding customer service orientation, and ability to work under deadlines.
