Clinical Pharmacist Role
This role presents a unique opportunity to develop hands-on clinical experience in a hospital environment.
* Alternate Tuesdays: 8:00 am to 2:30 pm (with a 30-minute break)
* Saturdays: 8:00 am to 11:00 am OR 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
* Sundays: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality pharmacy services. Responsibilities include conducting medication chart reviews, providing patient-centered medication counselling, supporting therapeutic decision-making, and contributing to medication safety initiatives.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacy practices and hospital operations is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for successful collaboration with the healthcare team.
This part-time contract offers a fixed term until January 31, 2027.
