The Opportunity As Director of Organizational Performance in the People Development & Performance team, you will partner with senior leaders across Agoda to drive programs that strengthen and evolve how we measure and assess organizational effectiveness. You will shape Agoda’s organizational and performance management strategies globally to support achieving our vision and multi-year strategy.

Responsibilities

Closely partner with senior departmental leaders and business partners to understand strategy and current context, identifying opportunities to develop high-performing culture.

Manage platforms and cycles for performance calibration, talent review, performance review, and succession planning across the company.

Analyze performance, org structure, and talent movement data to identify issues and recommend practical improvements for rapid implementation.

Lead and develop a team, both directly and on project basis, to deliver platforms and programs on an all-Agoda and priority departmental program basis.

Represent People Team in leadership forums and represent Agoda in interactions with related brand companies on people-related topics, harmonizing policies where appropriate.

Mentor and develop other professionals in the evolving People function.

Translate people analytics into clear updates for stakeholders, shaping strategy and measuring program impact.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in internal HR partnering, talent management, and organizational consulting; preferred in a tech organization or consulting.

Strong business acumen and understanding of how org structures relate to execution.

Deep experience implementing, operating, and improving performance management platforms in fast-moving tech environments.

Deep understanding of systems and associated data across the employee lifecycle.

Excellent executive presence and the ability to articulate messages to various audiences.

Business perspective and facilitation skills more important than HR experience.

Excellent judgment, self-motivated, curious, and trustworthy.

Outstanding ability to lead a team with strong prioritization and robust execution.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with excellent data sense.High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across a diverse, multicultural organization.

Comfortable with ambiguity and change; brings structure and drive to deliver results.

Humility, sense of humor, flexibility, and ability to lead difficult conversations.

Undergraduate degree from a top university expected; advanced degrees welcome.

Location: Based in Bangkok - Relocation support provided.
