Role Description
These roles are on-site, full-time position based in Wollongong, NSW. The Project is requiring the following roles:
- Project Managers
- Project Engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Process, Civil, Structural)
- Project Controls (Scheduler, Estimator, Cost Control)
- Project Administrator
- Site coordinators, Site supervisors
- Trades (Mechanical Fitters, Electrician, Riggers, Operators)
The project team will be directly involved in the planning, execution, and delivery of client-driven projects, ensuring seamless collaboration among team members.
Responsibilities include contributing to project efficiency, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, addressing challenges with innovative solutions, and adhering to schedules and budgets. The role requires a commitment to collaboration, operational excellence, and achieving project goals.
Qualifications
Project Management, Team Collaboration, and Organizational skills
Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, and Process Improvement experience
Interpersonal Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, and Relationship Management skills
Adaptability to dynamic environments and a proactive approach to challenges
Experience in working within integrated operational frameworks
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Familiarity with project delivery in construction, engineering, or related industries is a plus
