Optometrist
Job Responsibilities:
* Conduct eye examinations to assess vision and identify any underlying conditions.
* Prescribe and fit eyeglasses or contact lenses based on patients' visual needs.
* Provide advice on proper eye care and recommend treatment plans for vision problems.
* Detect and diagnose eye diseases, such as glaucoma or cataracts, and refer patients to specialists when needed.
* Maintain detailed patient records and ensure accurate documentation of eye exam results.
* Stay updated on advancements in optometry practices and technologies.
Essential Qualifications:
* Recent full-time experience in this line of work. (presently employed)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Desired Experience:
* Previous experience working as an Optometrist for up to 5 years.
Salary & Benefits:
* Salary: $74,000 - $98,000 annually.

Note: Other clients with workplaces in regional Australia potentially available.
Visa:
* Sponsored working visa class 482
* 2 year visa, extendable.
* Optometrist MLTSSL
Future Benefits:

English level needed:
* An IELTS score of 6,6,6,6 + or equivalent in PTE, OET.
Certificates needed:
* An OCANZ certificate.
* From The Optometry Council of Australia and New Zealand (OCANZ)
Future requirements:
* After a pre-screening interview, If we are interested in connecting you to a client for a work-place interview, then we would first need:
o Proof of Employment.
o Passport copy, Showing 1 year + validity
o Police clearance
Financial requirements:
* There is NO show-money needed to be seen by immigration when applying for a working visa to Australia.
