Senior Portfolio Manager Role
This strategic position is responsible for spearheading the PMO Centre of Excellence and Portfolio Management functions. This includes fostering a culture of transparency, driving continuous improvement, training, and educating staff across all levels on best practices, and enabling effective prioritisation, governance, and resource allocation to meet strategic objectives.
The role will deliver the PMO Operating Model and Charter and is expected to demonstrate a high degree of initiative and independence.

About the Position
We are seeking an experienced professional who can provide tailored guidance, advice, and training to our staff and executives in the implementation and use of project and portfolio management frameworks, processes, and systems.
The successful candidate will have strong program and project management abilities to develop, maintain, and continuously improve our project and portfolio management frameworks, processes, and systems.
A highly developed interpersonal skillset is essential, with the ability to create consensus, resolve disputes, and broker agreement to proposals and ideas.
Exceptional organisational skills are required to effectively develop and administer training and mentoring programs.
Excellent communication and change management skills are necessary to engage colleagues and management in the adoption of our project and portfolio management frameworks, processes, and systems.
