Contract Administrator Position
We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Administrator to manage contract administration, claims, and documentation for a major construction project. The successful candidate will work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions, track and manage site instructions, and prepare and review contractual claims.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management within large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, with strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and risk management. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage post-award contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and monitoring performance.
* Track and manage site instructions, variations, and ensure proper documentation of changes.
* Assist in preparing and reviewing contractual claims, supporting the resolution of disputes.
