Barista - Disability Services Job Summary
This role involves supervising and training employees with disabilities to achieve their goals and develop their skills in a fast-paced coffee van environment.
* Supervise and train employees with a disability to achieve their goals and develop their skills.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the coffee van, including inventory management, customer service, and financial transactions.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives.
* Demonstrated capacity to work with people with a disability and a commitment to workplace diversity.
* Industry experience in hospitality, preferably as a barista.
* Unrestricted driver's license and current first aid certificate.
* NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) and intermediate computer-based skills.
