The Role This role is rostered across Tuesday to Saturday with varying shift times.

As a Department Manager, you will lead your department team to provide exceptional customer service, collaborate with the store's Management Team to deliver great in-store experiences, maintain merchandising and visual standards, and drive the financial results for your department.
You will model leadership by coaching and developing your team to achieve sales and key performance metrics.
Responsibilities Model exceptional customer service, every customer, every time Coach the team to deliver outstanding service and a service-over-task environment Actively gain, maintain and share product and brand knowledge for your department Support management to improve financial performance within your department Collaborate with back-of-house to ensure product availability Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence What We're Looking For 2–3 years of leadership experience within retail or a similar industry Passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers Positive attitude with the ability to create a motivating environment Proven track record in driving and exceeding KPIs and strong stakeholder communication Excellent time management to execute daily priorities Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Shares knowledge with the wider team to achieve common goals Desire to develop professionally and learn new skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills and comfort engaging with customers and team members What's In It For You?
