Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sr Sales Travel Consultant to join our team in South Melbourne, VIC, on a full-time, on-site basis. This role involves providing personalized travel consulting services, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include crafting tailor-made travel plans, managing reservations, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining outstanding customer service to foster repeat business and referrals. Collaborating with a supportive team, the Sr Sales Travel Consultant will be pivotal in helping our partners grow their travel businesses and achieve success.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Travel Consulting, including providing personalized advice and recommendations to clients
* Strong skills in Travel Management and organizing detailed travel plans
* Experience with Travel Arrangements and managing transportation, accommodation, and itineraries
* Exceptional Customer Service skills for addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
* Knowledge of Reservations processes and systems
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic on-site environment and provide high-quality service under tight deadlines
* Familiarity with global travel destinations and an understanding of the travel industry's best practices
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
* Proficiency in travel booking software and tools is a plus
* Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
