About You
* 3+ years experience
* Kind, compassionate and human - not a policy robot

* Tech savvy and improvement minded
* WA PM Registration + Driver's Licence
Role Tasks
* Manage a portfolio of residential properties (SOR)
* Advertise rental listings & conduct home opens
* Process applications, complete tenant screening and prepare lease agreements
* Collect rent, manage arrears, and handle bond lodgements in line with legislation
* Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit reports and manage lease renewals
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords and contractors
* Ensure compliance with state-based tenancy laws and regulations
* Handle tenant and landlord enquiries, manage disputes and deliver resolution
