About The Role
The Hospital in the Home (HITH) Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2 is responsible for delivering complex specialist nursing care in the home or outpatient setting as a safe substitute for hospital care.
You will provide leadership in service improvement and staff development to ensure effective, quality care. Additionally, you will monitor service data and key performance indicators against strategic goals and clinical best practices.
Innovation and continuous improvement are central to this role. Through your specialist nursing expertise, you will contribute to the advancement of clinical practice and mentor healthcare professionals, shaping the future of rural health.
