Job Overview
We are seeking passionate, qualified and experienced Workplace Apprenticeship Educators with expertise in Carpentry to deliver Certificate III in Carpentry to our students on a contractor basis.
* The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience working in the Carpentry Industry.
* A CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualifications is required.
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is also a must-have.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery and Assessment: The educator will be responsible for delivering and assessing the CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry course to our students.
Resource Review and Improvement: The educator will review, validate, moderate, and improve training resources and assessment materials for the course.
Clients Consultation: The educator will consult with key clients on their current and future workforce training needs.
Grading Student Materials: The educator will grade student materials in a timely and accurate manner.
About You
* You have at least 5 years of experience working in the Carpentry Industry.
* You hold a CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualifications.
* You possess a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
* You have an active Australian Business Number (ABN).
* You hold a Current Unrestricted Driver's License.
* You demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and consultation skills.
* You have experience providing high-level advice and guidance on complex matters.
* You possess strong relationship-building and collaborative skills.
