You will be responsible for the following:Maintaining inventory/stockManaging stores daily scheduling, meetings and ensuring training is rolled out to the stores teamPurchasing Baxter lines from Distribution Centres and receiving all inventory into JDE (and Merlin where applicable)Assisting pharmacy with daily production needsTransferring stock to other pharmacy sites if neededEnsuring stock counts are completed accurately and on scheduleImplementing lean principles in the store areaOrganising credit/debit for under/over supply or damaged stockEntering bills into CoupaLiaising with suppliers and Central Purchasers when necessaryManaging and co-ordinating monthly stock takesOther pharmacy duties as requiredSkills & Qualifications:Demonstrate leadership qualitiesExperience in a similar role, essentialComputer literacyForklift / Walkie stacker experienceAbility to adhere to procedures with good attention to detailData analysis and reporting skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a team, even under pressureGood time management skillsWhy Baxter?At Baxter ANZ, we focus on being a Best Place to Work where our people can be their authentic selves, feel valued and respected.
