Description

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment to ensure continual customer access to innovation. We work on challenging problems with many variables impacting the supply chain, seeking talented individuals to help.

You'll join a diverse team of engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and more. You'll collaborate across AWS to uphold safety, security, and capacity standards at low costs, fostering an inclusive culture that encourages bold ideas and ownership.

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success for APMEA and EURI, the CSE helps clusters become self-sufficient in training programs, collaborates with team members, and ensures proper training planning and execution. CSEs track key metrics, ensure data accuracy, and represent customer needs within Data Center Learning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage projects, deliver solutions, and work independently across teams.
* Engage with customers to identify obstacles, develop, and test solutions.
* Share customer feedback to influence Data Center Learning decisions.
* Document strategies, plans, and communications clearly and accurately.
* Build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and peers, resolving conflicts constructively.
* Support new cluster launches by engaging early with leadership and building training programs.
* Collect and analyze data, ensure accuracy, and communicate insights.
* Audit training plans and metrics, providing support or intervention as needed.
* Manage the rollout and maintenance of the Train-the-Trainer program.
* Proficient in Data Center Learning's LMS, KNet & Learn, and capable of resolving issues.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
* Data Center Experience.
* Experience managing training, qualification, or certification programs.
* Technical background to interact credibly with data center leaders and training professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 5+ years of Data Center Operations experience.
* Active member of the Data Center Learning Advocate Community.
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, and high standards.
* Strong analytical skills using data and metrics.
* Experience with distributed international teams.
