Our client, a well-regarded national corporate law firm, is seeking a 2–6 year PAE Banking & Finance Lawyer to join its Perth office.
This is an opportunity to work on high-quality finance matters within a collaborative and commercially focused team.
The Role
* Advising on a broad range of banking and finance transactions
* Drafting, negotiating and settling finance documentation
* Exposure to property and construction finance, corporate lending, agribusiness finance and general funding matters
* Direct client contact with major financial institutions
About You
* 2–6 years PAE in a reputable Banking & Finance practice
* Experience acting for banks or financial institutions
* Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
