About the Role
As Permits Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the timely preparation and submission of traffic control permit applications. Working closely with the Design Team and a supportive offshore function, you'll ensure all regulatory and client requirements are met and help keep projects running smoothly. This is a full-time, office-based role.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage traffic control permit applications across South East Queensland, ensuring compliance with council and Queensland Police Service requirements.
* Liaise with local councils through their online systems and track application statuses to meet tight timeframes.
* Collaborate with the Design Team and offshore support to align permit applications with Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS).
* Maintain accurate records and communications to support invoicing and project timelines.
* Communicate with clients about permit requirements, timelines, and progress updates.
About You
* Experience in permit coordination or traffic-related compliance.
* Working knowledge of Traffic Guidance Schemes and local council permit systems.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication with a collaborative approach.
* Proficient in Excel and Google Docs.
