We are urgently chasing experienced Final Trim Grader Operators to join our team. You will be responsible for operating graders to achieve precise final trim levels on Civil Construction Projects in Townsville, ensuring high-quality finishes in line with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate grader for final trim and finishing work
* Read and interpret plans, GPS, and levels
* Maintain accurate levels and tolerances
* Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance on equipment
* Work closely with site supervisors and crew members
* Follow all safety procedures and site regulations
Requirements:
* Proven experience in final trim grading
* GPS experience (Trimble earthworks) preferred
* Valid driver’s licence (HR desirable)
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
