The Role
As a Back of House Assistant, you support operational excellence by managing stock from receiving to storage, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities include:
1. Supporting delivery handling and maintaining back of house order
2. Assisting sales team with product queries and customer requests
3. Maintaining back of house standards and correct product labelling
4. Replenishing stock on the shop floor and ensuring all sizes are available
5. Collaborating with the Store Manager and Back of House team to meet KPIs and targets
What We’re Looking For
* Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or similar
* Experience in a Back of House or Warehouse environment is a plus
* Positive attitude and strong organizational skills
* Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills and team orientation
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
