About the role
Reporting to the Reliability Lead Track, you will provide engineering advice, execute tasks, perform analysis and benchmark the maintenance function's end-to-end performance.
* Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA): Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough RCA to identify underlying issues and develop corrective actions.
* Experience with condition monitoring technologies: Familiarity with tools and techniques used for monitoring equipment health and performance.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment: Proven capability to manage tasks autonomously while collaborating effectively with team members.
* Adaptability and flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing conditions and requirements within the operational environment.

Required skill set
* Degree qualified in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc.) with experience in maintenance and/or reliability engineering in Mining or Oil and Gas
* Senior | 10+ years experience as a Track Reliability Engineer
* Experience/Knowledge of track maintenance activities is mandatory
* Skills and knowledge of track design foundations and engineering is highly advantageous
* Excellent problem-solving skills and strong understanding of continuous improvement
* Rail construction experience only would not suit this position, as it is a technical & engineering role
* Strong experience in SAP
You must have Australian working rights and be residing in the Perth metropolitan area for this role.
