About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager of MyState Bank, the Head of Marketing is a senior leadership role within the MyState Bank Division accountable for unifying marketing capability, brand strategy and customer engagement across the Group’s brands.
Leading a geographically distributed team of 20, this role spans brand strategy, acquisition and retention, customer communication, insights, sponsorship and third-party management. You will play a pivotal role in evolving the brands, driving customer acquisition beyond traditional markets, and maximising return on investment from a disciplined marketing budget. This role will also lead the harmonisation of marketing activities, systems and teams for our bank brands building a scalable, marketing function that supports national growth.
About You
You are a commercially astute, action-oriented marketer who can demonstrate your contribution to driving growth, profitability and good customer outcomes in financial services.
You are data led, digitally savvy and confident navigating risk, regulation and ambiguity.
Accustomed to hands on leadership, you balance strategic direction with practical execution, and you are comfortable leading through integration, complexity and transformation.
