* Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and effective reception and administration support to the healthcare team.
* Ensure accurate and efficient maintenance of administrative systems and processes, contributing to the smooth operation of the health campus.
* Record patient information on the computerised patient administrative system in a timely and accurate manner, meeting organisational standards.
* Provide assistance with data collection and verification for invoicing and revenue purposes, supporting financial operations.
* Organise clinics, manage patient bookings, admissions, transfers and discharges, maintaining up-to-date records in computerised systems.
* Offer support with accounting functions as required, promoting financial accuracy and compliance.
