About the Role
You'll be joining a supportive and established HR team, working closely with the Recruitment leader and National HR & Organisational Development Manager to assist with end-to-end recruitment across our business.
* Full-time position Monday to Friday (no weekend work).

* Coordinate and support all aspects of the recruitment process – screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding- 360 recruitment approach.
* Assist with issuing contracts, gathering documentation, and ensuring compliance.
* Help maintain accurate and confidential HR records.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
* Collaborate with hiring managers across various departments.
* Attend and coordinate exciting events across the community- career expo's, school mock interviews, networking events and more.
