High levels of empathy and compassion along with the drive and commitment to provide high quality care are essential traits for this role.Experience with Challenging behaviours and de-escalation tactics are highly advantageous.Duties and Responsibilities of this role will include:Assisting and accompanying clients during their daily activitiesAssistance with transfers, medications, preparing enteral feeds, breakfast, grooming, dressing and showeringAssisting clients with their mobilityPerforming housekeeping tasks including cooking and cleaningAssisting in personal hygiene and groomingArranging social activitiesProviding companionship, friendship and emotional supportSuccessful candidate will have:Has a valid NDIS Clearance and Police Check (Essential)Has a valid Working with Children's Check (Essential)4 August 2025Windang Recent South Wales, AustraliaCasual/VacationHealthcare & MedicalOther
