About the role
Home Caring Loganlea is seeking dedicated, people-focused Female Support Workers to provide ongoing support to a vibrant young participant in Logan (QLD).
Shifts
* Rotating roster with weekdays and weekends
* Flexibility is essential
What you'll do
* Provide personal care with dignity and respect
* Support community access, daily living, and social engagement
* Follow care plans, experience with Intellectual Disability
* Complete accurate progress notes and communication logs
* Work both independently and as part of a team
About you
* 2+ years' experience as a Support Worker (or similar)
* Person-centred, reliable, honest, and well-organised
* Clear English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Creative problem-solver who tailors supports to individual needs
Required
* Current First Aid & CPR
* NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card)
* Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
* Right to work in Australia
* QLD driver licence + registered, insured vehicle
Desirable
* Certificate III/IV in Individual Support (or equivalent)
* Experience with dementia and high-care supports
What we offer
* Casual rates $33–$40/hr + super (based on experience)
* KM reimbursement when transporting clients on shift
