We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.

The Role
The Sales and Scheduling Coordinator reports directly to the Sales Manager.
The position requires an individual who is accustomed to a fast-paced environment that involves meeting deadlines and adapting to change.
The role entails coordinating projects from start to finish, creating manuals, generating vendor reports, scheduling and billing events on a web-based system, data entry, filing, answering incoming telephone calls, and generating vendor reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acts as a liaison between our company and clients to plan projects such as road shows, theme promotions, marketing services, and hard line demos.
* Participates in meetings with vendors and buyers to coordinate demonstration projects from inception to billing.
* Travels to client locations and vendor meetings as required.
* Accountable for creating product/event information sheets for special projects and hard line demonstrations.
* Timely action and processing of buyer and vendor requested demonstrations.
* Responsible for assisting in creating a weekly demonstration schedule for the field supervisors.
* Diligent in scheduling tasks such as confirming vendor credit, distributing items, ensuring correct item numbers are provided, and avoiding duplicate scheduling.
* Accuracy in verification of all work orders.
* Communicating changes to the weekly schedule on a daily basis to the team and clients.
* Provide recaps of demonstrations scheduled and billed to Vendors and Buyers on a periodic basis.
Requirements:
* High school education or equivalent with a minimum of 2 to 5 years related business experience.
* Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
* Experience working in a position that required multitasking.
