Join the team at Czer Construction Pty Ltd as a Bricklayer/Brickies Labourer. This full‑time role is based in Greenbank QLD 4124. You will be an integral part of the construction crew, responsible for laying bricks and providing support to the bricklaying team.
What you'll be doing
* Laying bricks to construction specifications and standards
* Mixing mortar and preparing workstations for efficient bricklaying
* Assisting bricklayers with the placement and alignment of bricks
* Ensuring construction sites are clean, safe and well‑organised
* Carrying out general labouring duties as required
* Working collaboratively with the construction crew to meet project timelines
What we're looking for
* Relevant experience as a bricklayer or brickies labourer, preferably in the building trades industry
* Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
* Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and procedures
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills on the job
