This is a key opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to contribute to our organisation's growth and development.
Your primary focus will be on delivering day-to-day HR services, developing managers through coaching and mentoring, and driving initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
The Role
* Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives and drive organisational success.
* Provide guidance, coaching and support to managers on all HR-related matters, including performance management, industrial relations, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
* Lead talent management processes, encompassing workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
* Partner with leaders to manage organisational change and ensure smooth transitions during periods of transformation.
* Support and advise on recruitment, onboarding, and employee development to build a high-performing team.
* Analyse HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in people practices.
* Promote compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
* Work with the injury Assist team to manage Workers Compensation and Return to Work cases for South Australia.
Our Ideal Candidate
* Demonstrates strong HR knowledge and can operate independently while seeking guidance when needed.
* Has experience with enterprise agreements and awards, and understands how to interpret relevant industrial instruments.
* Can collaborate effectively with and coach leadership at all levels.
* Ability to influence and build trust with leadership, managers, and employees across the organisation.
