This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in both software development and AI domains, and who can lead teams to ship high-quality, production-ready applications. As a senior hands-on engineer, you will lead by example across software architecture, infrastructure, and machine learning integration, ensuring AI is embedded into real-world applications with reliability, performance, and maintainability at the core. DevOps & MLOps Implement secure CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins) and IaC (Terraform, Pulumi). Collaborate with platform and DevSecOps teams to ensure high availability, logging, and access control for AI services. Apply MLOps principles to manage model lifecycle, monitoring, rollback strategies, and inference scaling. Key Responsibilities AI/ML Expertise Strong applied understanding of LLMs, vector stores (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate), and embeddings. Experience with model training, fine-tuning, or adaptation (e.g., LoRA, PEFT). Familiarity with open-source and cloud GenAI platforms: Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI. DevOps & Tooling CI/CD automation with test coverage, security scanning, and multi-env support. IaC tools (Terraform, CDK), container orchestration (K8s, ECS). Monitoring (Datadog, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry), alerting, and rollout strategies.
