Job Summary
This role involves conducting phone based sales to ensure a maximum number of partners are on our platform. You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective partners, setting expectations around service, working closely with the sales team and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct Outbound calls to prospective partners to sign them onto our platform.
2. Work with your estate to set expectations around service to maximize consumer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to drive partner growth across Australia.
4. Meet Sales Targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for someone with previous sales experience and a demonstrated track record of success. You should possess persuasive skills to sell, upsell and cross-sell our products or services. Additionally, you should have excellent relationship management and rapport building skills, time management skills, customer service skills, communication and presentation skills, a hardworking attitude and be resilient, competitive and exceptionally target driven.
