We're looking for a motivated and experienced Residential Foreman to join our growing team and help drive the delivery of high-end projects across the Northern Illawarra region.About UsWe are a boutique building company specialising in architecturally designed homes, duplexes, and multi-dwelling projects, with construction values typically ranging from $1M to $5M.
Known for our attention to detail, quality finishes, and strong client relationships, we are proud of our reputation for excellence and are continuing to expand.The RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day site management of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a pivotal leadership role where your ability to manage trades, subcontractors, and client expectations will be key to success.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the delivery of multiple residential projects concurrentlyCoordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and deliveriesMaintain site safety, cleanliness, and complianceEnsure quality assurance and adherence to building specificationsReport to the construction/project manager on progress, risks, and timelinesLead by example and foster a robust team culture on siteWhat We're Looking ForMinimum 10 years' experience in residential construction, with at least several years in a foreman or site management roleStrong background in managing high-end residential homes, duplexes, and multi-dwelling projectsExcellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skillsCompetent with reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawingsStrong understanding of WHS requirements and complianceBased in or willing to work throughout the Northern Illawarra regionA team player enthusiastic about joining a growing and ambitious businessWhat We OfferA supportive team environment with a growing and dynamic companyOpportunity to work on premium residential projectsLong-term career growth and developmentCompetitive salary package
