About the role
Council is seeking a skilled and dedicated Supervisor to lead the development and delivery of high‑quality horticultural maintenance programs for its sports fields.
Responsibilities will include:
* Formulate and implement horticultural maintenance programs and co-ordinate and direct work teams, contractors, materials, and machinery in relation to these programs to ensure all tasks are completed within prescribed timeframes.
* Implement minor landscape projects and assist with the daily routine in various Sports fields as required.
* Provide assistance in response to all enquires accurately and promptly.
* Plan weekly and daily work schedules/routines.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Current “C” Class Driver’s Licence.
* Cert 4 in Horticulture studies related to Turf Management.
* Current QLD A.C.D.C Licence or equivalent.
* Basic computer skills.
* Current LR Class licence would be desirable.
