What You'll Do
* Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media (LinkedIn).
* Relationship Building: Develop trust and rapport with prospects to effectively communicate the value of Raven Labs' solutions.
* Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand needs, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain and update leads in the CRM, ensuring follow-ups are scheduled and tracked.
* Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer pain points to refine outreach strategies.
* Performance Tracking: Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and qualification goals.
Who We're Looking For
* 2-5 years of experience in BDR/SDR roles.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Customer-centric mindset with a go-getter attitude.
* Self-motivated, with a drive to take ownership of outcomes.
* No degree required – we value skills and experience over formal education.
* Technical aptitude, with knowledge of CRM, lead management tools, and sales tech stacks.
