In this key sales role, you will be working closely with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and product support. Your main objective will be to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships through upselling service packages and spare parts.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
o Identify and secure new clients across different regions.
o Develop strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and service providers.
o Conduct market analysis to uncover opportunities in spare parts demand and service contracts.
2. Existing Client Management
o Optimize revenue from established accounts through upselling service packages and spare parts.
o Resolve client complaints and maintain long-term relationships.
o Motivate and evaluate distributor performance to align with sales targets and brand standards.
3. Functional Collaboration & Partnering
o Work with technical, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and product support.
Requirements
* 8+ years in aftermarket sales, with a proven track record in service contracts and spare parts sales.
* Experience in distributor management: Demonstrated success in managing distributor networks and driving sales growth through third-party channels.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and data analysis platforms.
* Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
