What you’ll bring We’re interested in hearing from people who: Thrive on creating answers to solve complex transformational problems Bring deep expertise in full stack, full cycle engineering Have successfully led teams through multi-year builds, ideally in a similar role at enterprise level or as a CTO at a scaleup or ASX 200 listed organisation Take a pragmatic approach to technical debt, balancing commercial needs and engineering priorities Can identify, secure support for and execute on a clear technical direction and strategy This is a hands-on, highly technical role. You’ll thrive if you have experience across: Designing and implementing large-scale systems in a cloud environment Frontend: React Backend: Language agnostic however Java / Scala is desirable AI: experience of OpenAI and a good understanding of ML Ops Workflow orchestration and automation platforms e.g. Temporal, Camunda, Flowable Best practice DevSecOps Designing and developing secure, observable solutions Mentoring engineers to grow their technical and leadership capabilities.
