We are seeking a skilled Parts Interpreter to join our team. As a key member of our parts team, you will play a vital role in helping customers and mechanics get the right parts to keep machinery running smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills who is also strong in customer service and communication.

* Current driver's licence (forklift licence a bonus).
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and locate the right parts for machinery and equipment.
* Order and source parts from suppliers or warehouse stock.
* Provide support and advice to customers and workshop staff.
* Keep track of orders, part numbers, and stock levels.
* Handle returns and warranty claims.
* Assist with stocktake and maintain a tidy and well-stocked showroom.

Working Arrangements
* Full-time, 38 hours/week (7.6 hours per day Monday–Friday between 7:30am–5:30pm).
* Saturday mornings on a rotating roster.
* After-hours call-outs (once trained, approx. 1 week/month).
