Main Purpose

To manage and support the delivery of service contracts primarily with NHS and Private sector customers by creating quotations, handling contract renewals, uplifts and retention's, processing orders, compiling reports, and maintaining accurate Salesforce CRM records, while providing a high level of customer service and responding promptly to customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and issue quotations for service contracts, renewals, uplifts and retentions
* Manage the full contract renewal cycle, ensuring timely follow up and accurate documentation
* Process customer orders and ensure all required information is correctly recorded
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer calls and enquiries, delivering a high standard of customer service
* Compile reports to support internal teams, customer communication and contract performance tracking
* Maintain accurate and up to date records within Salesforce, ensuring data quality and effective contract management
* Liaise with internal teams to support the smooth delivery of service activities and contract requirements
* Support contract retention by maintaining regular customer communication and identifying areas for improvement
* Assist with the preparation of customer documentation, proposals and follow up actions
* Promote a one team approach and contribute to cross functional collaboration across Bender UK

* Excellent time management skills.
* Commercially savvy with strong prioritisation and planning skills.
* Ability to learn Bender UK engineering terminology.
* Good communication and administrative skills.
* Computer literacy with good attention to detail.
* Experience working in a busy sales department.
* Customer service experience, preferably in a business-to-business organisation.
* Sales and commercial experience is preferable.
* Chartered sales status (ISP etc.) is advantageous.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: Up to £30,000

Bonus: Sales-driven incentive arrangement paid quarterly

Holiday Entitlement: 25 days + 8 bank holidays with a buy/sell leave scheme in place at the start of each holiday year
