Centre: Goodstart Mount Isa
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time 38 hours per week
Employment Type: Casual shifts Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 6:45pm
Pay: up to $44.20 per hour + Superannuation + Perks

As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a flexible, team-oriented professional ready to support our centres and children wherever and whenever needed. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures every child has enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
- Engaging and supervising the children at all times
- Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
- Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Qualifications
- ACEQCA approved early childhood qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Current Queensland Working with Children Check
- Willingness to travel between local services
- Flexible availability between Monday–Friday, 6:00am – 6:45pm
