About the Role
Formed in 1882, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH) is a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital and a key provider of specialist healthcare. It has a distinguished history serving local, statewide, national, and international communities.
The Registered Midwife provides woman-centered, evidence-based midwifery care to promote positive health outcomes. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating midwifery care collaboratively with individuals and the healthcare team.
Ideal Candidate
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.
