Senior Analyst Role
Make a meaningful impact in the real estate investment sector as a Senior Analyst.
This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the strategic direction of the Residential Living asset class, ensuring effective deployment of member capital to maximise returns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor economic, regulatory, and residential sector conditions to identify new opportunities and manage risk.
* Manage the collation of market intelligence and strategic research to formulate and regularly update a targeted, demand-led national acquisition strategy.
* Review and contribute to the annual asset class review, ensuring strategies remain robust and effective.
* Lead transaction due diligence, reviewing and interrogating complex financial models from prospective joint venture partners.
* Conduct detailed financial modelling of property and capital level inputs, making recommendations on deal structures based on opportunity, risks, and sensitivity analysis.
About You:
We seek an individual with advanced financial modelling skills and a solid understanding of residential property development and finance fundamentals. Your strategic capabilities, including a drive to deliver results, business acumen, and sound judgment, will be crucial in this role.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Estatemaster software, including Development Feasibility, Development Management, and Corporate Consolidate modules.
* Strong interpersonal and networking skills, along with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
* Experience dealing with key stakeholders, a keen attention to detail, and a self-motivated attitude.
