Responsibilities
Lead daily retail operations with a focus on customer service and team development
Manage store and workshop performance – drive results and KPIs
Build a positive team culture and provide ongoing coaching
Oversee stock processes, compliance, and special order requests
Analyse monthly P&Ls and take ownership of financial performance
Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment
What We're Looking For
Strong leadership background in a retail or service environment
Comfortable working with budgets, P&Ls and KPIs
A team player who leads by example and builds trust
Organised and detail-focused with strong follow-through
Passion for customer satisfaction and creating positive store experiences
Willingness to learn technical areas – full training provided
Experience in large format, high-volume retail operations highly regarded
